For the story of the production of silk, ties and brocade in the Rýmařov region, which is interwoven with the fates of famous personalities from this industry, see the exhibition of the Hedva Český Brokát textile factory. In the former factory hall you will see various weaving machines, the results of the weavers’ work, including brocade chasubles for priests, and also a real gem – a unique tie shop from the 1920s. The experience also offers special tours with a demonstration of the production of “How the Cloth Was Made”.
