In the Radegast’s Tap Beer Pouring Course, you will be introduced to the correct principles of beer care that every pub owner should know. You will stand behind the tap yourself and, under the guidance of a brewing expert, you will learn how to properly pour tap beer ‘na hladinku’ (beer on tap in one go, with foam up to the rim of the glass) or even a tasting ‘šnyt’ (schnitt – from German – is actually a small beer in volume, just poured into a large glass; it has more bite than a ‘na hladinku’ beer and its rich and thick head, which extends about two centimetres below the rim of the glass, prevents the beer from quickly losing carbon dioxide).
