Did you know that the windmill in Nové Dvory has the most modern preserved grinding equipment? You will certainly enjoy a visit to this beautiful technical monument guided by the miller. The tour includes, for example, tasting of bread from a local family-run organic farm or trying your hand at grinding flour on a rotary mill. You will also meet Jeroným, the elf from the miller’s family, who is the protector of this mill.
